Build Teamwork while getting a full Workout!

Summer and Winter Olympics K-2nd 

A favorite of Stretch-n-Grow Stars!  Includes opening and closing ceremonies with simulated Olympic contests that are specifically designed for this age group.

Survivorcise  K-6th 

Your children will have a blast in this popular island themed workout focusing on teamwork skills, coordination, aerobic fitness level, muscle strengthening, and proper exercise techniques. 

Every Day’s a Field Day! K-6th 

This series is designed to bring out the fun in fitness while building team work that begins with a change every week in teams. Every week is a different round of games such as: A Day at the Beach, Drop and PoP, Creek Crossing, and many more! 

Boot Camp  K-4th

Join the fun as we workout to accomplish our mission in the Army, Navy, & Air Force. A fun simulated boot camp experience! 

Totally Cheer! 2nd-6th

Cheerleading designed for all school-aged children! Learn how to warm-up and stretch, as well as learn real jumps, arm movements, cheers, and a cheer dance! 

Build Skills, Strength,  Endurance, and Form for Sports 1st-6th

Give your school-aged children a heads up in skill building with 6-8 session camps! Curriculum is geared toward school-age skill development. Each program includes a weekly warm-up, cardio, skill drills, strength building, rules of the game, and games to practice the skills and build teamwork. Program options include: soccer, basketball, and softball. 

Shooting Stars Track & Field! 1st-6th 

Includes instruction on form for different types of running from Sprints to Relays, to Cross Country and Field events. Workouts include: Warm-ups, Cardo, Resistance, and Stretching, with a gradual increase in endurance over 6-8 classes. Handouts for parents and kids to work on together between classes.

Cool Conditioning 4th-6th 

For kids who are serious about learning more discipline associated with fitness and wellness. Prerequisites: Survivorcise or Boot Camp, or other fitness camp. 

Includes:  instruction in warm-ups, aerobics, and resistance to develop muscle, coordination, & stretching skills. Plus totally cool music!

Yoga Kids 1st-6th

Improve strength, flexibility, balance, and through Yoga! The practice of Yoga provides excellent cross-conditioning to compliment almost any sport.

Yoga for Young Athletes 6th-12th 

Looking for a unique way to get an edge on your game? Practicing Yoga provides excellent cross-conditioning to compliment just about any sport. Learn movement sand poses designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance and concentration. 

Dance Fusion! 1st-12th

A blend of dance, exercise and Yoga incorporating Hip Hop, Latin Spice, Zumba, African, Disco, and Swing. All workouts include a warm up and stretch period, an invigorating and stimulating full cardio period, and yoga poses and stretches.
